Leads without future follow up are leads that we have recieved that have no further tasks assigned in a process. This means our Vin users will not be prompted for additional follow up on customers who have already contacted us, instead relying on our sales persons memory to follow up.
By Checking weekly and reassigning these leads, we will once again be reminded to contact our customers
- While logged in to the CRM, Hover over and select:
CRM > Leads > Active Leads without Future Follow up
2. On the Active Sales Leads Without Future Follow-up page, filter the lead type column to remove Wholesale leads by clicking the Funnel Icon (Figure 1) and configuring it as shown (Figure 2). You should see the filter applied as shown (Figure 3)

Expected Result: You will see a list of all current customers, excluding wholesale customers, who are still active with no future follow up selected.
