R4. Checking Unanswered Emails and Text Messages

Customers often reply at odd hours, and it can be easy for our salespeople or BDC to become distracted or move on to another opportunity. We want to make sure we answer all customers we are in contact with.

How to check:

  1. While logged in to the CRM, click the Insights Tab:

2. In the left hand “Filter” menu, select “All

3. In the Search box on the right pane, type:
Unanswered Email And Text Replies

4. The report should automatically filter underneath

5. Click the Blue “Unanswered Email and Text Replies” link to open the report.

Expected Result: You should not see any appointments still open for days that have passed.


Fix Action: Read customer notes, and follow up appropriately. Make sure customer is placed into a follow-up process if appropriate.
