R3. Appointments Not Resulted

By not resulting appointments, Customers will remain in the Appointment set process. Vin users will not be prompted for additional follow-up on customers who have already
contacted us.

How to check:

  1. While logged in to the CRM, Hover over and select: CRM > Dashboard

2. On the right hand side, click the “<<“ to scroll through each day looking for appointments on days that have passed.

3. Click any appointments that are still unresolved and result them as missed.
