A showroom visit not resulting in a sale is as close as we can come to a sale without getting the number on the board. Ensuring we properly result showroom visits will ensure we are prompted to follow up with these people, resulting in a greater number of units sold.

NOTE: Make sure you know what your “Showroom Visit Followup” process is before ending older visits.

1. Selecting Showrooom Activity from the Dashboard Dropdown
  1. From the CRM Tab, Select Dashboard > Showroom Activity
2. Selecting –All– from the Visits From: dropdown

2. From the Visits From: dropdown, Select “–All–“, and click the “View Report” button

3. Close or Delete any open showroom visits. If applicable, contact the customer and see if we can assist them further.
